Human IL-12B ELISA Kit (HUEB0018)

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human IL-12B (Interleukin-12 subunit beta) and reacts with human samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with a colorimetric detection method.

The kit reports a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 12pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.6% and inter-assay CV is 7.2%. Recovery is reported at an average of 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16 falls within 83-117% for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma sample sets.

IL-12B associates with IL12A to form interleukin-12 and with IL23A to form interleukin-23, disulfide-linked heterodimers that can also be secreted as monomers. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant human Interleukin-12 subunit beta and is intended for research use only within the immunology field.
