The Assay Genie IL-12 p70 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of bioactive interleukin-12 in human research specimens. IL-12 p70 is the functionally active heterodimer formed by the p35 and p40 subunits, a key driver of Th1 lymphocyte differentiation and interferon-gamma production. Researchers apply 100 µL of prepared human samples per well alongside a standard curve generated from serially diluted recombinant human IL-12 p70.
