The IL-10 receptor beta (IL-10RB) subunit forms the functional signaling complex with IL-10RA, mediating anti-inflammatory responses through the JAK1/STAT3 pathway. This same receptor chain also partners with IFNLR1 to enable type III interferon signaling, making IL-10RB a molecule of interest across immunology, inflammation, and barrier-tissue research. Assay Genie's immunoassay reagents enable quantitative measurement of human IL-10RB levels in research samples, supporting studies of cytokine receptor biology, infectious disease mechanisms, and immune regulation in vitro.
