Human IL-10 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0714)

The Assay Genie Human IL-10 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit targets interleukin-10, a pleiotropic anti-inflammatory cytokine secreted by regulatory T cells, monocytes, macrophages, and B-cell populations. IL-10 plays a central role in limiting excessive inflammatory responses and is a frequent biomarker in studies of autoimmune disease, sepsis, transplant tolerance, and tumor immune evasion. Researchers use this assay to track cytokine secretion in stimulated PBMC cultures, characterize Treg suppressive function, or monitor inflammatory status in translational cohorts.

Reagents are supplied for one microplate format and the assay uses 100 µL of sample per well with a sandwich capture and detection antibody configuration. Reconstituted standard should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and stored refrigerated; the kit is intended for research use only. The capture antibody is human-specific and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related cytokines such as IL-19, IL-20, or IL-22 under standard conditions, supporting selective IL-10 quantification across plasma, serum, cell lysates, tissue lysates, and culture supernatants.
