Human IL-10 ELISpot Pair

The Human IL-10 ELISpot Pair from Assay Genie is supplied as a matched capture and detection antibody set for building single-cell cytokine secretion assays. IL-10 is a key anti-inflammatory cytokine involved in immune regulation, and the ELISpot format resolves individual IL-10-secreting cells as discrete spots, supporting studies of regulatory T cell activity, Th1/Th2/Th17 polarization, and tolerogenic responses. The pair is validated for use with cell culture supernatants and serum, with a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well on a PVDF-backed microplate. Substrate development (BCIP/NBT or AEC) yields countable spots readable on automated ELISpot readers, with detection sensitivity in the low pg/mL range.
