Human IL-1 sRI PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0745)

Interleukin-1 soluble Receptor Type I (IL-1 sRI) is a circulating decoy receptor that binds free IL-1α and IL-1β, modulating cytokine-driven inflammation. The Assay Genie PharmaGenie sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of soluble IL-1RI in human matrices, supporting studies of autoimmune disorders, sepsis, rheumatoid arthritis, and cytokine signalling pathways.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microtitre plate, lyophilised recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and wash buffer. Reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C to minimise freeze-thaw cycles, and the kit is for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.
