Human IL-1 R4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0748)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is built around human interleukin-1 receptor 4 (IL-1R4), the membrane-bound receptor for IL-33 also known as ST2 or IL1RL1. ST2/IL1RL1 signals through MyD88 to drive type 2 immune programs, including Th2 cell differentiation, ILC2 expansion, mast cell activation, and eosinophil recruitment, and its soluble isoform (sST2) is studied as a circulating biomarker of cardiac strain, sepsis severity, allergic inflammation, and fibrotic remodeling.

The kit is configured as a microplate-format package supplied with all reagents needed to run 96 individual assays, and it works with cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples. Detection is colorimetric, producing a readout compatible with standard plate readers. Unopened components should be stored at 4 °C, and reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
