Human IK/Protein Red ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this double-antibody sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of IK (IκB Kinase) protein in human samples. The colorimetric assay uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm, and is intended for research applications in the fields of inflammation and immune response. IK protein, also known as IκB Kinase, plays a crucial role in regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway, which is essential for the inflammatory response and immune system activation.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) was reported as 87-105%, 87-103%, and 89-105% for serum; 82-101%, 85-100%, and 83-101% for EDTA plasma; and 83-99%, 80-94%, and 92-100% for heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 94% for serum, 100% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
