Human IGSF21 ELISA Kit (HUFI03837)

The Human IGSF21 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around a human-specific capture antibody pair directed against Immunoglobulin Superfamily Member 21, a single-pass transmembrane protein most strongly expressed in central nervous system tissue. IGSF21 has been characterized as a regulator of dopamine D2 receptor surface expression, so quantitative measurement of the protein supports research into dopaminergic signaling, synaptic organization, and neuropsychiatric disease models.

The microplate is pre-coated and supplied as a complete kit with ready-to-use standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Run the assay at room temperature with a 100 uL sample volume per well and read absorbance on a standard plate reader. Unopened kit components should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C; the standard stock should be aliquoted and kept frozen at -20 degrees C, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
