Immunoglobulin D (IgD) is the least abundant serum immunoglobulin isotype and serves as a surface marker on transitional and naïve B-cell populations. The Assay Genie Human IGHD ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of IgD heavy-chain concentrations in human research specimens, supporting investigations of B-cell maturation, mucosal immunity, antibody class switching, and dysregulation observed in allergy, immunodeficiency, and autoimmune contexts.

Built on a quantitative two-antibody immunoassay configuration with colorimetric readout, the kit is supplied in a 96 Assays plate format intended for in vitro research use only.
