Human IgGFc-binding protein (FCGBP) ELISA Kit

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a colorimetric detection method.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.78-50ng/ml, sensitivity of 0.34ng/mL, intra-assay CV of 6.1%, and inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant human IgGFc-binding protein. Linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) spans 88-117% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Reported recovery is 95-107% for serum and 97-109% for plasma.
