Human IgG receptor FcRn large subunit p51/FCGRT ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of human IgG receptor FcRn large subunit p51 (FCGRT), also referred to as the neonatal Fc receptor or IgG Fc fragment receptor transporter alpha chain. Reactive with human samples, the assay detects both natural and recombinant forms of the target and is for research applications in immunology.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, the kit offers a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.098 ng/mL. Reported intra-assay precision is 4.8% CV and inter-assay precision is 9.1% CV, with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Average recovery is reported at 98% for serum (range 92–104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94–106%). FcRn mediates the selective uptake of IgG across epithelial barriers, supporting its relevance to antibody transport and recycling studies.
