Human IGFLR1 (IGF-like family receptor 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI04818)

The Assay Genie IGFLR1 immunoassay targets the IGF-like family receptor 1, a single-pass transmembrane protein also designated TMEM149, which binds IGFL1-IGFL4 ligands and has been investigated in epithelial and immune cell signaling studies. The plate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody and shows no significant cross-reactivity with mouse Igflr1, supporting clean discrimination in translational research on skin inflammation, keratinocyte biology, and psoriasis models. For each run, 100 uL of sample is loaded per well, with the standard curve calibrated to quantify receptor concentrations across the working range. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, lyophilized standards, and assay buffers, all supplied in sealed pouches.
