Human IGDCC3 (Immunoglobulin superfamily DCC subclass member 3) ELISA KIT (HUFI04927)

The IGDCC3 protein (Immunoglobulin superfamily DCC subclass member 3), also known in the literature as PUNC, is a single-pass transmembrane cell adhesion molecule of the DCC/neogenin receptor family. Assay Genie's immunoassay supports biomarker research into IGDCC3's role in neuronal axon guidance, neural crest cell migration, and enteric nervous system development, where altered receptor expression has been reported in developmental neuroscience studies.

Each kit supplies one microplate pre-coated with an anti-IGDCC3 capture antibody, HRP-conjugated detection reagent, TMB substrate, and a lyophilized recombinant protein standard. The procedure accommodates 50 uL of sample per well with a typical incubation of 2 hours at room temperature, followed by absorbance measurement on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted reagents are aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C protected from light, while unopened plates are refrigerated and used within the kit's stated shelf life.
