Human IgA2/Immumoglobulin A2 ELISA Kit

Immunoglobulin A2 is an important component of the immune system, playing a key role in mucosal immunity and providing protection against infections. From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit uses a Double Antibody configuration for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human IgA2 concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids.

Sensitivity is 0.375 ng/ml with a working range of 0.625-40 ng/ml. Intra-Assay CV is <8% and Inter-Assay CV is <10%. Recovery was assessed by spiking matrices with Human IgA2: serum (n=5) 89-104% (average 99%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 88-99% (average 94%), and UFH plasma (n=5) 88-103% (average 95%). Linearity of the kit was demonstrated by serial dilutions of spiked samples, with results expressed as the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected value.

Standard kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample/standard dilution buffer, biotin-labeled antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer. The kit should be stored at 4°C for 6 months and is intended for Research Use Only.
