Human IFT80 ELISA Kit (HUFI03848)

The Assay Genie IFT80 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of human Intraflagellar Transport Protein 80 (IFT80), a core component of the intraflagellar transport complex B that mediates protein trafficking along the ciliary axoneme. Researchers investigating cilia biology, hedgehog signaling, and ciliopathies such as short-rib polydactyly syndrome, asphyxiating thoracic dystrophy, and Bardet-Biedl syndrome use this kit to measure IFT80 concentrations. The immunoassay uses monoclonal capture antibodies specific to human IFT80 with a 100 µL sample volume per well on the pre-coated microplate. Reagents should be refrigerated at 4 degrees C upon arrival and protected from light.
