Human IFT43 ELISA Kit (HUFI03845)

IFT43 is a core subunit of the intraflagellar transport (IFT)-A complex required for retrograde ciliary trafficking, and pathogenic variants in IFT43 cause cranioectodermal dysplasia, short-rib polydactyly syndrome, and other ciliopathies, making it an active target in studies of cilia assembly, skeletal dysplasia, and renal/retinal disease. This Assay Genie kit uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody and is calibrated for quantitative measurement of endogenous IFT43 in serum and plasma, with a 100 µL sample volume per well.

Recommended storage of unopened kit components at 4°C; reconstituted standards and concentrated detection antibody vials should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Intended for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.
