Human IFRD1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07777)

This microplate immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human IFRD1 (Interferon-Related Developmental Regulator 1), a stress-induced transcriptional co-regulator widely investigated in skeletal muscle differentiation, neurogenesis, amino-acid starvation responses, and spinal muscular atrophy pathogenesis. Research groups studying myogenesis, muscle wasting, or stress-granule biology can apply the kit to circulating blood-derived specimens, using recombinant protein standards and a biotin-streptavidin-HRP detection cascade to generate a standard curve on the included plate.
