Human IFN-gamma SuperSet ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this DIY ELISA kit is designed for the detection of IFN-gamma in human samples using a colorimetric method. The assay employs a highly optimised antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein standard, allowing measurement of IFN-gamma in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant. It reports a detection range of 12.5 pg/ml to 400 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5 pg/ml. Each run requires 100 µl of sample and is completed from sample to end in 2h45. Specificity is demonstrated for both natural and recombinant human IFN-g, with no cross reactivity against other human cytokines and reported cross reactivity with simian IFN-g. Supplied components include capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition.
