Built around the human interferon-gamma receptor 1 (IFN-gamma R1, also known as CD119), the PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a quantitative immunoassay workflow for research laboratories investigating cytokine-receptor biology. IFN-gamma R1 is the ligand-binding subunit of the interferon-gamma receptor and pairs with IFN-gamma R2 to drive JAK/STAT signaling, Th1 differentiation, macrophage activation, and antigen presentation.
