Human IFITM3/Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 10 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human IFITM3 (Interferon-induced transmembrane protein 3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout, and absorbance is read at 450 nm following TMB-based color development.

The kit has a stated sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measurable range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity (n = 5) is 87–105% (1:2), 87–96% (1:4) and 84–96% (1:8) for serum; 85–105%, 82–95% and 83–100% for EDTA plasma; and 88–99%, 88–98% and 84–99% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages 97% for serum, 98% for EDTA plasma and 92% for heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 86–103%, 91–103% and 89–97%. Unopened components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months; the lyophilized standard and microplate strips may also be kept at -20°C for 12 months.
