Description
A sandwich, double-antibody ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interferon-induced protein 44 (IFI44), also referenced by the aliases Microtubule-associated protein 44 and MTAP44. The assay uses a capture antibody pre-coated onto the microplate, with a biotin-conjugated antibody for detection and HRP-Streptavidin with TMB substrate to generate a colorimetric signal read at 450nm.
Validated for serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, the kit provides a detection range of 0.781-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.469ng/mL. Sample concentrations are calculated from a standard curve plotted against OD450 readings. Intended for research use only.
