Human IFI35 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of Human Interferon-Induced Protein 35 (IFI35) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method and is suited to research in signal transduction, where IFI35 acts as an interferon-induced biomarker associated with viral infections and inflammatory processes.

The assay carries a stated sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5) is 88–103%, 90–100%, and 95–100% for serum; 84–99%, 82–101%, and 86–95% for EDTA plasma; and 80–98%, 83–100%, and 80–98% for heparin plasma. Reported recovery ranges are 91–104% (serum, average 96%), 87–103% (EDTA plasma, average 95%), and 85–102% (heparin plasma, average 93%). Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with selected components also storable at -20°C for the same period.
