Human IEX1/IER3 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format kit intended for the precise detection of IEX1 (Immediate Early Response Gene X-1) and IER3 (Immediate Early Response 3) in human samples. Validated specimen types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity values, reported across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, are 88–99%, 82–99%, and 88–101% for serum (n = 5); 82–99%, 84–101%, and 80–99% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 82–94%, 81–94%, and 85–101% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Spike recovery ranges with corresponding average values are 86–103% (96%) for serum, 87–104% (94%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–104% (93%) for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
