Human ID1 (Inhibitor of differentiation 1) ELISA Kit (HUFI03859)

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Inhibitor of Differentiation 1 (ID1) in research samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is suitable for use with human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. ID1 is a key regulator of cell differentiation and plays documented roles in physiological and pathological processes including cancer progression and metastasis, supporting its investigation as a potential biomarker.

Assay performance includes a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) is 87–97%, 83–97%, and 80–97% for serum; 96–100%, 87–100%, and 81–99% for EDTA plasma; and 85–104%, 84–99%, and 91–100% for heparin plasma (each n=5). Recovery ranges are 97–103% (average 100%) for serum, 90–105% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–103% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. The protocol employs a biotin-labeled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm, and reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
