Quantifying the inducible T-cell costimulator (ICOS) receptor is valuable in studies of T-cell activation, autoimmune disease, transplant tolerance, and immune checkpoint biology in oncology. ICOS, also known as CD278, belongs to the CD28 family and becomes upregulated on activated T cells, where it drives proliferation, cytokine production, and the differentiation of T follicular helper cells. Each kit is supplied as a complete reagent set configured for 96 individual determinations on a single pre-coated microplate.
