Quantitative measurement of human Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-2 (CD102) is supported by the Assay Genie ICAM-2/CD102 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit, a colorimetric immunoassay used in vascular inflammation, lymphocyte trafficking, transplant immunology, and endothelial activation research. ICAM-2 is an immunoglobulin-superfamily adhesion molecule constitutively expressed on endothelial cells and lymphocytes, where it binds integrin LFA-1 to mediate leukocyte rolling, transmigration, and immune synapse formation.

This research-use-only kit is validated for human samples and is intended for quantification in conditioned media from cultured cells, plasma-derived specimens, and serum-derived specimens. Each kit supplies reagents for 96 determinations and includes pre-coated plates, detection antibody, calibrator standards, and assay buffers required to complete the immunoassay protocol.
