Human ICAM-1/CD54 SuperSet ELISA Kit

This colorimetric DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human ICAM-1/CD54 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. The assay recognizes both natural and recombinant human soluble ICAM-1, with no cross-reactivity with other human adhesion molecules, and uses a 100 µl sample volume.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 0.25 ng/ml – 8 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/ml. The complete incubation protocol runs from sample to end in 1h45.
