Human ICA1 (Islet cell autoantigen 1) ELISA Kit (HUFI05128)

This 69 kDa protein is a well-characterized target of humoral autoimmunity in insulin-dependent diabetes, and circulating ICA1 autoantibodies are investigated as serological indicators of beta-cell damage, disease progression, and elevated risk in first-degree relatives of affected individuals.

Each kit is configured for 96 individual determinations and follows a standard ELISA workflow in which pre-coated microplate wells are incubated with calibrators and research samples, washed, exposed to a conjugated detection reagent, developed with substrate, and quantified by absorbance reading on a standard microplate reader.
