Human IAA/Insulin Autoantibodies ELISA Kit

A high-quality immunoassay kit from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human Insulin Autoantibodies (IAA) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format with HRP detection and is intended for research use only.

Key performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.469ng/ml and a detection range of 0.781-50ng/ml. Recovery rates in spiked matrices are 89-105% (serum, average 96%), 85-105% (EDTA plasma, average 95%), and 85-103% (UFH plasma, average 93%). Reported linearity in diluted samples spans 88-105% for serum, 83-100% for EDTA plasma, and 83-100% for UFH plasma. Precision values are reported as Intra-Assay CV<8% and Inter-Assay CV<10%.

Reagents are stored at 4°C for 6 months, with the lyophilized standard stored at 4°C/-20°C.
