Human HYAL3/Hyaluronidase-3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human HYAL3 (Hyaluronidase-3) concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, using a double-antibody detection format. HYAL3 is a hyaluronidase-family enzyme involved in the breakdown of hyaluronic acid, a major glycosaminoglycan of the extracellular matrix, with dysregulation linked in research contexts to cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders.

Key performance figures supplied by the manufacturer: sensitivity of 0.188 ng/ml, assay range of 0.313–20 ng/ml, intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Spike-and-recovery testing across matrices showed serum recovery of 93–104% (average 99%), EDTA plasma 89–103% (average 96%) and UFH plasma 85–101% (average 93%). Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilution of spiked samples across the same three matrices.

The kit components include an 8×12-strip dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample/standard dilution buffer, biotin-labelled antibody (concentrated), antibody dilution buffer, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25× wash buffer and plate sealers, with most components stored at 4°C for 6 months.
