Human HUS1B ELISA Kit (HUFI03870)

The HUS1B protein is a checkpoint clamp component that partners with RAD9 and RAD1 to form the heterotrimeric 9-1-1 complex, which is loaded onto chromatin at sites of DNA damage and replication stress. Quantitative measurement of HUS1B in cell lysates and tissue homogenates supports research into genomic instability, tumor biology, and cellular responses to genotoxic agents. The antibodies are specific for human HUS1B and do not cross-react with the closely related HUS1 paralog under standard conditions.
