The HTATSF1 (HIV-1 Tat-Specific Factor 1) protein is a multifunctional nuclear factor that serves as a transcriptional cofactor for RNA polymerase II elongation and as a U2AF65-associated splicing coactivator. This Assay Genie ELISA Kit uses a human-specific capture antibody to enable sensitive quantification of HTATSF1 in human serum or plasma specimens, supporting research into HIV-1 transactivation mechanisms, alternative splicing regulation, and oncology studies where HTATSF1 overexpression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma and other malignancies.
