Human HSPE1/HSP10/Chaperonin 10 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Human HSPE1 (also known as HSP10, Chaperonin 10, CPN10, EPF, or GROES) in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. HSPE1 is a mitochondrial chaperonin that supports protein folding together with CPN60 and belongs to the GroES chaperonin family. Dysregulation of HSPE1 has been implicated in neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer, highlighting its relevance as a biomarker for disease research.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/ml and an assay range of 3.125-200 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery testing yielded average recoveries of 95% in serum (range 91-103%), 97% in EDTA plasma (range 89-102%), and 100% in UFH plasma (range 92-105%). Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 serial dilutions, with results ranging from 82% to 104% across the tested matrices.
