Human HSPB2 ELISA Kit (HUFI03872)

HSPB2 (Heat Shock Protein Family B Member 2), also known as MKBP, is a small ~25 kDa stress-response protein expressed predominantly in cardiac and skeletal muscle, where it binds myotonic dystrophy protein kinase and supports cytoskeletal stability during thermal and oxidative challenge. The Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of circulating HSPB2 from human research samples, supporting studies of muscle physiology, cardiomyopathy biomarker discovery, and the cellular heat shock response. Each kit provides all reagents required to complete the plate in a single run and is validated for in vitro research use only. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored frozen to minimize freeze-thaw degradation across repeat experiments.
