Human HSPA4/HSP70 ELISA Kit

Engineered by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of HSPA4 (also known as HSP70) in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research in metabolism.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a measuring range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Recovery averages 93% for serum, 100% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma, with linearity maintained across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. The workflow includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
