Human HSP70 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0683)

The HSP70 (Heat Shock Protein 70) ELISA from Assay Genie's PharmaGenie line delivers quantitative measurement of inducible HSP70 in human samples using a microplate format. HSP70 is a conserved ~70 kDa molecular chaperone whose expression rises sharply under thermal, oxidative, and proteotoxic stress, and it is routinely tracked in biopharmaceutical, inflammation, and drug-induced cellular-stress studies.

This research-use-only kit supplies a pre-coated strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant HSP70 calibrator, substrate, stop solution, and wash buffer in quantities sufficient for 96 determinations. The workflow adds diluted calibrator or sample to coated wells, followed by sequential incubation with detection antibody and enzyme conjugate, color development, and absorbance read-out on a standard plate reader.

Validated for use with human serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, the assay supports pharmacokinetic, biomarker, and cell-based screening workflows in vitro. Unopened kit components should be kept refrigerated and protected from light; working detector and reconstituted calibrator solutions are intended for short-term use and should not be subjected to repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
