Human HSP70 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise quantitative detection of HSP70 in human samples. Using a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format, the assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a measuring range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL.

HSP70 (heat shock protein 70) is a key molecular chaperone involved in the cellular stress response and protein folding, helping to maintain cellular homeostasis and protect cells from various stressors. Dysregulation of HSP70 has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and cardiovascular diseases, making it an important biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic targets and diagnostic strategies.

Validated performance includes linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for serum (85–100%, 87–105%, 94–102%), EDTA plasma (86–101%, 90–98%, 83–92%) and heparin plasma (82–95%, 82–90%, 82–96%), with average spike-recovery of 96% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma. The kit is supplied for storage at 2–8°C and remains stable under those conditions for 12 months.
