Human HSF4 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of Human HSF4 (Heat Shock Transcription Factor 4) in human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody Sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection to deliver accurate and reproducible results.

Reported linearity values for serum are 88–99% (1:2), 92–96% (1:4), and 88–105% (1:8); for EDTA plasma 91–103%, 85–105%, and 83–96%; and for heparin plasma 88–99%, 80–98%, and 82–93%. Recovery ranges are 87–104% for serum (average 94%), 85–105% for EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 91–102% for heparin plasma (average 98%). Components should be stored at 2–8°C, with a stated shelf life of 12 months.
