Human HSF1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Heat Shock Factor 1 (HSF1) in human samples using a double-antibody sandwich format. HSF1 is a key transcription factor that plays a critical role in the cellular response to stress, including heat shock and oxidative stress, and its dysregulation has been implicated in diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic disorders, making accurate quantification valuable for studying disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL.
