Human HS2ST1 ELISA Kit (HUFI03881)

The HS2ST1 reagent from Assay Genie is a quantitative two-antibody immunoassay specific for human heparan sulfate 2-O-sulfotransferase 1, configured to be read on a standard microplate reader. HS2ST1 catalyzes 2-O-sulfation of uronic acid residues in heparan sulfate chains, a modification central to growth factor signaling, cell-matrix interactions, and tissue morphogenesis. Investigators working on tumor microenvironment remodeling, FGF and VEGF pathway biology, and inflammatory glycosaminoglycan remodeling apply this kit to correlate enzyme levels with disease progression or therapeutic response, following a 100 µL sample per well in the standard protocol.
