Human HS-IL-33 (High sensitive Interleukin 33) ELISA Kit (HUFI03382)

The Assay Genie high-sensitivity format supports quantitative measurement of IL-33 at low pg/mL levels in serum and plasma matrices. IL-33 is a chromatin-associated alarmin of the IL-1 cytokine family, released during epithelial or endothelial cell damage, and is commonly investigated in allergic asthma, type 2 immune responses, eosinophilic inflammation, and autoimmune disease research. The protocol uses a pre-coated microplate with standard sandwich ELISA chemistry, a 50 uL sample volume per well, and a colored readout for straightforward quantitation. All reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and the kit is supplied for research use only.
