Human HPR/Haptoglobin-related protein ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with human material and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, with colorimetric detection. Reported assay sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL, with a measuring range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Linear dilution testing (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each) produced linearity values between 80% and 102% across the matrices tested, while recovery testing returned average recoveries of 96% (serum), 99% (EDTA plasma) and 95% (heparin plasma). Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
