Human HOMEZ ELISA Kit (HUFI03917)

The Assay Genie Human HOMEZ ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of the HOMEZ (Homeodomain and Leucine Zipper-Encoding) transcription factor in human research samples. HOMEZ is a nuclear homeobox protein that functions as a transcriptional regulator, modulating expression of genes involved in cell differentiation, embryonic development, and neuronal patterning. Researchers investigating developmental biology, stem cell differentiation, or transcriptional regulation pathways can apply this kit to examine HOMEZ expression across clinical and experimental cohorts.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and wash buffer.
