Human HNRNPK/Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's HNRNPK (Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein K) ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the accurate quantification of HNRNPK in human samples. The kit supports research into RNA metabolism, transcriptional regulation and DNA repair, where dysregulation of HNRNPK has been linked to cancer, neurological disorders and autoimmune diseases. It is intended for the detection of human HNRNPK across sample types including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Using a colorimetric sandwich ELISA with a double antibody format, the kit has a reported sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL and a standard range of 39.063-2500 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months, with the microplate and lyophilized standard also suitable for storage at -20°C for 12 months. The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after a stop step.

Validation data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma show linearity ranges across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery averages of 95% (serum), 93% (EDTA plasma) and 95% (heparin plasma). The kit is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers and a technical manual.
