Human hnRNP F ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of hnRNP F (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody detection method and is suited to research into RNA processing, mRNA splicing, gene regulation, and conditions such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and autoimmune disease.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity (1:2 / 1:4 / 1:8) is reported as 86–102% / 87–104% / 88–97% for serum (n=5), 86–98% / 82–98% / 83–92% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80–94% / 85–98% / 84–98% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery ranges are 90–100% (avg. 94%) for serum, 87–104% (avg. 99%) for EDTA plasma, and 87–102% (avg. 98%) for heparin plasma. The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after a stop step.

Components supplied include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, 100X biotin-labelled antibody, 100X HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealer and a technical manual. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
