The HNF4G target measured by this Assay Genie kit is a transcription factor of the nuclear receptor superfamily with documented roles in hepatocyte differentiation, enterocyte gene regulation, and several solid tumour contexts including hepatocellular and colorectal carcinoma. The human-specific antibody pair is calibrated against recombinant HNF4G and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the closely related HNF4A paralogue under standard conditions, so generated signal can be attributed to the gamma isoform rather than overlapping nuclear-receptor homologues. Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, dilution buffer, and TMB substrate sufficient for the full plate run, with the workflow intended for in vitro research use only.
