Human HMG14/HMGN1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double antibody format for the quantification of HMG14/HMGN1 in human samples. The assay applies colorimetric detection and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months. The procedure involves plate equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.

HMG14, also referred to as HMGN1 or High Mobility Group Nucleosome-Binding Domain-Containing Protein 1, is a nuclear protein involved in regulating gene expression and chromatin organisation.
