Human HLA G/Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of HLA G (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, in which a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate are visualised through TMB substrate development.

Sensitivity is quoted at 0.375 ng/mL across a working range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls within 87–105% for serum, 88–101% for EDTA plasma and 89–102% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery in spiked serum averages 99% (range 95–105%), 98% in EDTA plasma (range 95–103%) and 99% in heparin plasma (range 95–103%). Optical density is read at 450 nm following addition of the stop solution, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C, with reagents stable through the labelled expiry.

A Bradford Reagent is included to allow total protein quantification and normalisation of lysate and tissue homogenate samples. The pre-coated microplate is supplied with lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled antibody concentrate, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution and plate sealer.
