Human HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain G (HLA-G) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain G (HLA-G) in human biological samples. The assay is designed for the accurate quantification of HLA-G levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, supporting research into immune regulation, tolerance, and conditions such as cancer, transplantation, and autoimmune diseases.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.6% and inter-assay CV is 8.9%. Linearity was demonstrated in serum (94–115% across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16), EDTA plasma (98–118%), and heparin plasma (83–117%). Recovery averaged 96% for serum (range 90–102%) and 98% for plasma (range 92–104%).

For research use only, the kit recognises natural and recombinant human HLA-G and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.
